To Make A Reservation:

Step 1: Check our Calendar to view available dates.

Step 2: Complete a Registration Form (below), listing your first and second choice dates.

Step 3: Mail or e-mail your completed Registration Form, along with a 50% deposit. This deposit will be applied towards your final balance. For example, if you estimate you will have 15 participants, your 50% deposit for one week of housing + programming would be $1,500. If you end up only bringing 12 participants, we would subtract your $1,500 deposit from your total payment of $2,400 ($200 x12). Checks can be made payable to Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, with AMEN St. Louis in the subject line.

Step 4: Wait for your confirmation e-mail from the AMEN St. Louis Director, confirming receipt of both the Registration Form and deposit, and confirming your dates. Your check will not be deposited until we have contacted you to officially confirm your dates.

Cancellation policy:

Your final payment is due 2 weeks before your arrival date.

If you cancel 30 days or more before your planned arrival date, your deposit can be applied toward another available date in the current year, or toward any date in the following year.

If you cancel less than 30 days before your planned arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable or transferrable.
